Cell C
Billed for an invoice back in 2011???

So I got a nasty supprise last month to only find out that Cell C billed me for an invoice dated back in 2011. After trying to locate this invoice with Nosipho in the call center using the ref numbers that shows on my bank statement only to find out that this invoice was actually paid now 3 years down the line i have to pay it again??? and to top it off the contract has been cancelled 3 months ago already??? please explain
