Disconnection of up to date paid numbers

It took vodacom a whole month to port a number from Cell C. We did not receive an invoice for that number. That invoice was also not on the last statement received dated 3 January 2013. All the invoices was paid for that we received. Yesterday vodacom disconnected all the numbers, even the one's that was paid up to date. This is now the second day the phones are disconnected, can not work like this. Should have stayed with Cell C!!!
