Been a Cell C customer for 2 months June '13 invoice was wrong. Now July '13 invoice shows R400 data being billed for 709MB data used. Included in my contract is 1GB of data. So how did I reach this billed amount if there was even data carried over to the new month?

After several emails and calls I did not receive any feedback whatsoever. This is a very frustrating issue as it seems that Cell C has no idea whatsoever what they are selling or how to manage it. ALL THE EFFORT COMES FROM THE CUSTOMER!!! I don't want any freebies I just want what was agreed upon. I did not realise invoicing was such a difficult task. It seems to have blown Cell C's staff out off the water. I will probably have to do this for them in my remaining contract term. When it is done I will move to a company that actually knows what they are doing. In the meantime I will keep on selling Cell C's very wonderful lack of service, know how etc.

One of the most unenjoyable irritating companies I have EVER had to do with. And that includes Mangaung Local Municipality. I expect I will get the phone call and after that zilch, just like last time. This is rocket science to be able to bill a customer correctly.
