It has been 3 weeks to this day since ive reported my fault, i have escalated the matter 3 Times already, and been promised via a supervisor Donald that he will look up on the matter and call me, which obviously was a LIE. I phoned again 10210, and they tell me that a technician hasnt been assigned, yet 2 weeks ago there was 1 assigned... and they ask for my cell number to contact me on, but actually when have you ever contacted the clients on the numbers they give... 3 weeks and counting, and i an highly fustrated, and i really cannot wait for the response to this, because as my gut tells me its going to be worthless and unhelp ful, they probably will say its been escalated again... yet jack shiit has been done about it, and yet they cannot even bother to fix it in a timly manner... like well done Telkom... USELESS

This is the poorest and saddest service i have ever had/been with, like i really feel sad for all of you because you must really hate waking up in the morning to go to such a workplace. As if you cannot even keep your customers slightly happy i feel for your employees having to put up with it too
