I logged a complaint on 28/02/2013 (Fault Reference 2CWK280213) about a intermitted ADSL connection. Since I had no feedback from Telkom I phoned 10210 numerous times and got it Escalated (Escalation Number F162600). According to Ignatius at your call centre, who escalated it for me, a Technician was meant to contact me. No Technician has contacted me to date and they refuse to give me a number for a technician.

As you can see my internet is unusable. I have replaced my Modem and my Micro Filter yesterday but I didn't have any luck. I phoned again yesterday to 10210 to ask when a Technician would contact me, but your call centre couldn't give me a answer or even a date. Who do I have to contact from here on??? Why wont you help your customers Telkom??? Why am I being treated this poorly??

PLEASE CAN YOU FIX THIS!!! I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS SHOCKING SERVICE!!! THIS IS THE 10th DAY THAT I AM EXPERIANCING THIS EXCUSE YOU PASS OFF AS FAST ADSL!!!

If it isn't fixed you will be forcing me to cancel my Telkom Account.
