Services still not repaired after 3 weeks

Fault reported 3 weeks ago, every time we get a new ref number, but the fault is not repaired. We can't commence with our usual business activities due to the fact that 90 % of our company's operations are done through internet. The new reference number given is 19CTK111113. We phone the Call Centre on a daily basis and the only response we receive is that a technician has been assigned. The technician has been assigned on this job for 3 weeks now and still no positive progress.
