USELESS TECHNICAL DEPT AT TELKOM!!!

Internet stop working 11 Oct 2013 - Fault reported ref no 79 CTZ 111013.
Since then i have made over 10 call to 10210 where u wait for more than 30 minutes each time.
I have sent an sms to 32723 . no response.

I have spoken to the techical dept. The fault was escalated 22 Oct 2013 ref 827077.
Guess what??? Call has not been responded to. So much for Telkoms version of an ESCALATION

Called back today 3 weeks after fault has been reported.

Given the same excuses . " Exchange faulty " " We will escalate your call "

ANother PARASTATAL doing such an excellent job in service delivery

CAN SOME EFFICIENT PERSON FROM TELKOM CALL ME?? or BETTER STILL RESOLVE THE FAULT!!!
