I reported a fault on the 2nd December. As of the 10th, a technician still hasnt even been assigned to this case.
Today I received an sms from Telkom saying the fault was resolved, however it isnt! I then spoke to Winnie Ramathe who informed me that a technician hasnt been assigned. She then escalated the problem to Lerato Moselane,
The service I have received has been absolutely disgusting. The worst of it is Im still no further finding out when my line will be fixed or what the problem is.
