I find it rather shocking once again same store in question that i went in there on the weekend to query my upgrade which is due.

I was given a smart phone for christmas by a family member and was told i cannot upgrade or change my contract without taking a phone.

After much questioning it appears the staff is clearly in need of alot of training because any normal person knows that one CAN in fact upgrade or change contract without taking a new phone.

GET TRAINING!!! it disgusts me that NEVER is the manager at that store available when needed. as every single time i have asked to speak to him he is not there.

maybe your managers should actually be at work more and get their staff up to scratch

that store has completely gone down and for a ball of you know what ever since management changed over or new ownership took over.

DISGUSTING
