Since no one in interested in helping from MTN STORES, MTN DIRECT and RENTENTION

1.i called on the 02/01/2014 to find out if i qualify for an early upgrade because when i call 808 is says i'm due for upgrade on the 01/02/2014 and i phoned Retentions and the told me i qualify and i must pay R319 (which i did same day) and then went to MTN store @ World Wear they gave me rubbish service and i logged a complain they phoned to apologise decided to waste my time again to go to MTN in Midrand Boulders the staff member said i cant not get an upgrade for a Samsung Tab 10.2 because my contract 073 196 3619 is voice contract i will have to wait for the end to change to DATA (they didn't even try to find out if it's possible for to change or not), they i decided to phone Retentions to try and get upgrade via phone or for someone to tell me how can i change to get the package i need but it seems ALL STAFFF MEMBERS from MTN just don't have a desire to help clients they routed my phone to MTN Direct and then MTN direct told me Retentions to me i don't qualify for an early upgrade, AFTER THIS TIME WAISTING AND RUBBISH SERVICE FROM MTN THE ONLYH THING I WANT FROM YOU GUYS PLEASE KINDLY REP
