Account R5000 impossible!!!

I had a quiry about my account few weeks back, After a complaint on Hello Peter and they responded with a sms that I'll get credit and it was faulty after a phone call from Vodacom as well. Now I got my bill and it says my account is R5000 how in the world is this possible??? How could I have used data of more than R4000 in 3 weeks?!?! I'm sooo fed up with Vodacom, sick and tired fighting. Since I upgraded beginning of December 2013 there were problems. I've been with Vodacom for more than 11 years, never had problems until now, why??? I can't pay this account of R5000, it's more than my freakin salary for heaven's sake!!! Being a single mother with 2 kids how will I survive, Oh my word, I've been crying since I got the bill! Everyone with an iPhone that I know never gets a contract bill over R1200 and then they are constantly on their phone???! I'm disappointed with Vodacom! Is this going to be my bill every month?? I won't be able to afford it...
