Abnormally high bill

I received a bill from Vodacom for October in excess of R4000 and was told my next bill is in excess of R5000!! My bill has never exceeded R1000 in a month prior to this. I was told it was because my data usage was excessive. I have never defaulted on a payment either. After telling customer care that I simply can not afford this type of expense, I was informed that I could pay over 2 months... I still cant do it Vodacom. I asked for a contact number of someone that can help me and was told that they are helping me. Please will someone from Vodacom that is willing to help me contact me urgently so we can resolve this matter.
