Still no feedback or response

For the month of August vodacom had sent me a bill for about R5000 on my 3G account. I had then called them and queried this bill as I found it ridiculous, it had been a back and fourth battle to get some answers out of them. Finally I did receive feedback from their data dept. we found where the problem was and I was given a call by a gentleman by the name of Dillon on Friday the 20th of sept and was advised that my bill would be reduced to about R1500 and that I would be debited this amount on the 28th Sept. I hhad later found that this was in fact NOT the case. They had run a debit on my account for the R5000 - leaving my bank account in arrears as I had not expected a R5000 deduction nor budgeted for it either. I then called their accounts dept and was told that they do not see this figure on the system of R1500 and that the data dept would need to send this through to them in order for them to correct my account. I was extremely furious as it only meant that people are not doing their job properly. I seemed to have gotten nowhere with the call centre so I had then gone for the 2nd time to their walk in centre in midand asked for answers and to date I have got none.
