I haven't been able to get connected to the internet since the end of September 2013. After numerous calls and complaints someone finally came out to my house on the 9th of January 2014.
Though I am grateful that my internet is finally fixed after 3 months I do need a couple of answers from the billings department.
1: Can someone please explain to me why I need to pay for these months that I did not have internet. I reported the fault a lot of times, and no one was able to fix it, it is much easier to sit in an office, send a signal through and then say everything is fine (eventhough it wasn't). And then they charge an unnecesary call ou fee, which brings me to my next question
2: How can Telkom charge me for multiple "unnecesary call out fees" when my internet wasn't fixed any of the times. Please explain to me how it was unnesasary when the problem wasn't fixed?
