Called Telkom Customer services to log a fault with our internet. Since January we got pings in excess of 1200ms, extremely low upload and download speeds and frequent auto-disconnects from the internet. Spoke to three different consultants due to the first two not understanding the terms that I use.

Eventually spoke to the third person Thendani who was very helpful and arranged that a technician would be dispatched. The technician could not determine the fault and said Telkom was upgrading exchanges but would be done by 10/01/2014. It is the 11th Today and the problem still persists. I received an SMS to say the problem was restored but I still experience the same problems.
