For years my internet and download and Ping was extremely good. I love less than 3 kms from the relevent exchange as of the last 2 weeks after fighting with my ISP (mweb) and getting a technician out twice it is now down to an exchange. Pings of 700-900 to LOCAL servers download speeds of under 1mb. I have a 2mb line. I cannot continue on the basis of paying for a service I am not receiving. Mweb can and will confirm that it is not an ISP issue and that my area has "8%' left in terms of port available. I desperately need this issue resolved as I run a business from home and its affecting everything on a day to day activity. Fault references are the following 957CRK240713.Whilst this is a recent fault as can be seen historically on all the logs from telkom my line has not been right for a considerable amount of Time. Please I need help on this matter desperately
