LACK OF RESOLUTION ON LAST COMPLAINT 2 WEEKS AGO

Further to my last complaint on 29 December 2013, i have had NO RESOLUTION - TWO WEEKS LATER and now get an sms to say my service will be suspended??? Nomonde please call me to resolve this URGENTLY. The fact is i called you to cancel the contract in August 2013 and I am extremely annoyed that you are not acknowledging this - i have not made use of this number since the last airtime was loaded after cancelling the contract and as such i am not liable for your lack of due diligence. With this attitude, when my MTN internet contract expires next month, i will surely be looking for a new service provider!!! CALL ME NOW!!!

Thank you for raising your concerns with MTN.

Our records show that you were advised on the 28th of August to call back before the 20th of September after depleting your airtime as it was going to be forfeited upon deactivation and another enquiry was made on the 18th of September for porting for 072 line.

We however have escalated this to the Retentions department for resolution and they will contact you for feedback.
