8 Jan 12:51-On the phone for an hr. Transferred all over. Promises of investigation and supervisor callbacks - NOTHING! (Not that I am surprised)
Jist of it: Contract cancelled on 30 Nov 13. Jan my account debited when I am now on prepay.
Oupa from accounts says was debited in Jan for phone use in Nov. Rubbish!
Thembakazi Ngengwana at customer service where I was put through couldn't assist because I 'failed' security questions. Yet, she was able to confirm my other details. She promised to get a supervisor (Belinda Mtsonongo) to call. That didn't happen.
15:10 I called again, Bernice Matsaisa promises a call back in 24hrs as there were no notes on system and I would have to explain my query all over again. After an hour and 20 min on the phone, you really don't want to explain everything again. (She understood!)

Today, Masiphi can't see any notes on system about my query. Transfers me to accounts, and 'accounts' don't understand what am asking about - because I am back at - guess what - customer service!
Put to cancellations, and Mfana can't help because the systems aren't linked and so can't see anything. So, please call back tomorrow.
Now, all I want is a refund!
