The CPA Prohibits Misleading Advertising

I am looking for a 24 month contract for data. As I have my own router I was looking specifically at the SIM card deals. On the 5th January 2014 A representative from the mtn branch in centurion, gave me a brochure with deals valid from 27 th December 2013 till 31 st January 2014 . He highlighted the column Use Your Own with his pen. I discussed the various deals with my wife, and we decided to go for 9GB 9GB night express @ R249.00 pm for 24 months. I went to the store that gave me the brochure this morning 11/01/2014 at 12.00pm and asked them to sign me up. I was told sorry it was a misprint. If this was a misprint why were the brochures still given out to prospective customers last week, why weren't they withdrawn immediately at the start of the deal date. This is totally unacceptable. Instead of R249.00 pm they now want R449.00 pm
