I lodge a data query on the 9th of October. My data contract is R149 for a 2gig and already in the month of October my account is standing on R427, 02 and I still have free data on my account left were it should only be R149.
Vodacom promised me that they would phone me back within 24hrs and still I'm waiting for there call to explain what is going on.
I have phoned the call centre numerous times and each time I speak to a supervisor telling me they would phone me back but still I have to phone them daily to figure out what is going on.
At this stage it feels just like they are taking my money and we are not receiving a service.
