Please explain debits on my savings accounts

On 20/11/13 I went 2 Std Bank Rosebank to enquire why my Plusplan and Puresave account had been debited with R50.00. I was assisted by Mdu Sibeko who after 30 minutes of going to the back office to enquire why this happened only came back to me with an explanation that maybe because I was no longer a staff member they decided to debit these accounts and that he was goign to raise a query and come back to me. He could not provide me with a turn around time for a response and no reference number for me to follow up with. Today is 8 days since I walked into the branch and guess what the R50 debit is still reflecting on those accounts. I have been banking with Std Bank for a very long time and your service has just so deteriorated I'm surprised why I'm still with you. Is there anyone who can give me the decency that I pay for and keep my money with you to explain to me why this has happened and why I must continue banking with you. It's unacceptable to not know when a query will be resolved. I'm out of pocket and need an explanation why.
