INCORRECTLY DEBITED - NO FEEDBACK FROM ACCOUNTS

I was sent an sms at the beginning of Nov. 13 for an amount which claimed to be R628.00 of which it was mentioned that I was in arrears. I then contacted the number on the sms & Sibusiso from your accounts claimed that an amount of R628.00 was due because I cancelled my insurance. After speaking to him and saying I never had a Virgin Insurance he still insisted I had to pay the R628. After asking to speak to a supervisor I was then introduced to Deshni. She mentioned that there was a system error and it was being sorted out. My debit order was then cancelled - system error. I contacted Deshini explain that the amount of R278 had not come of my debit order and she said that there was an error and I will be shortly debited. At the end of Dec. 2013, I was debited R628 R278. I called the bank to have this reversed. I then called Deshni on the 08th Jan. 2014, after leaving messages for her to call me and again she says it is a error with they system & its being sorted out. I am very unhappy as this is taking 3 months to sort out. Furthermore as a customer I have been treated very badly by Sibusiso when this was initiated and now by Deshni. This is totally unacceptable.
