Don't care about losing loyal clients

I've been a loyal client o Vodacom for about 12 years now (first as prepaid, then on contract).
During this time I have had several contracts, for the majority of the time it was the Talk 1000, the most expensive package at the time.
When my work requirements changed, I moved to a smaller package which I am on now.
I want to move back to a bigger package, but they will not approve it as my "profile is too low".
Utterly ridiculous if you consider that I would be paying LESS per month than what I currently am!
Their opposition call me regularly asking me to move my accounts over, think it's time I listen to them!
