24 hrs or 48 hrs and no response-False information

On the 14 of May 2013, I lodged a complaint about the contract that I was on and asked customer care to get someone to phone me back and to explain the contract to me as I want to move from a talk 1000 to a talk 500. I was never told if I move from the talk 500 package to a talk 1000 and then back to a talk 500 package there will be incurring costs. No one has contacted me regarding my complaint. I then phoned back 3 times and spoke to 3 different people and they assured me that someone would get back to me with in 24 hours and no one has done so far. So that means the 24h or 48h turn around does not mean a thing. On the 20th of May 2013, I phoned back and spoke to one of the customer care person and he assured me that the problem that I have will be sorted out and has given me a REF number : 293234280. I asked what does he recommend I must do, and he said then to upgrade to another package at no cost, but when I spoke to another consultant at Vodacom Jeffreysbay, she said the cost will be R3515.97. Everytime I phone and go into a Vodacom shop, each consultant tells me another story. Can this complaint be sorted out as soon as possible...
