UPGADE WASTE OF TIME

I have been a loyal customer from 2002 with Vodacom and have quite a big account that I pay every month and I do pay every month with out any problem. One of my contract is up for upgrade and here it starts, first I was told by a shop that Vodacom listed me as a bad payer, that is a lie, and then when I phoned the upgrade division they can not help me with a up grade on a R389 per month package but are willing to do a upgrade on a package of R499-00 per month, every time I asked why I am told my profile does not allowed me to get the "financed" deal of 389-00 but only the deal of R499-00. Well this will not happen and they can't give me a strait answer on why I can only get a package on a bigger payment and not what I want, IHAVE NO DECIDED TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACK AS IT WILL EXPIRE BEGINNING OF JAN 2014, AND SO WILL I DO WITH ALL MY OTHER CONTRACTS AS THEY COME TO END OF CONTRACT.
I JUST HAVE ENOUGH OF COMPANIES THAT DO NOT BOTHER LOOKING AFTER THEIR CUSTOMER..
IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFRENT STORY IF I WAS REALLY A DEFAULTING PAYER.
