MIGRATION FEE- DAYLIGHT!!!

I am a loyal Vodacom supporter with THREE different contracts that I pay religiously every month! I was retrenched 2 months ago and now am forced to downgrade the package I'm on in order to still be able to pay my account every month. However, when I called to do this I was informed that in order downgrade from the talk 500 to my original package I will have to pay a migration fee of R2400!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! Funny how when I upgraded to the talk 500 package NO ONE informed me that there will be ANY fee to downgrade again should I wish to do so never mind such an absolutely LUDICROUS amount!

I want this sorted out or I will be taking all and any measures to go about cancelling all my contracts with Vodacom and I'll move over to Cell C who I also have a contract with but NEVER have these kind of problems with. Seeing as ALL your calls are recorded, go back to the conversation I had when upgrading and you will see there is NO mention of migration fees! Vodacom should really consider employing call center agents that ACTUALLY know their job because this is not the first time that a call center agent has fallen short.

UNACCEPTABLE!!
