BEYOND disappointed, been with Vodacom for 18 YRS!

Ive been with Vodacom for the past 18 years & Ive been a platinum member for 10 years. I've spent around R600 000 on your services & have been very happy to stay when asked to move to another network.
But not today!
Last year July I was due an upgrade on my talk 1000 plus account so I decided to move over to your new red VIP subscription package. Its basically an all in package- No limit on all local networks & land lines & 2GB of data a month. This was perfect as I do call a lot & use around 200-250 MB per month.
So I entered into this contract & cancelled the old package.
I started my new package & pay it every month. This month I decide to check my account & to my shock: R99 plus vat for MY meg 250 on my account! I call the call centre & they said that the 250 meg was never cancelled so it'll run until I cancel it. If anyone ever asked me would I like to continue the 250 meg I would have said NO!
Why would I want an extra 250 on top of my 2000MB, since I only still use 200MB on average?
Now they say because I didnt cancel, its MY fault. Surely your representatives should be asking that question to us. Ive been ripped off by a company that Ive supported the last 18 years!!
