Unable to help with my upgrade

After I left Keywest I went to Westgate where a young man help me. Unfortunately he was unable to change my 'talk line' into a 'data line' as I had been advised by Head Office. I understand that It wasn't his fault that he couldn't do this because maybe there was a lack of training or he did not have the authorisation to do so but I do think something needs to be done about this and soon!
