Faulty Telephone / ADSL line was reported to Telkom (fault number: 514CWK310513) on 31 May 2013.
7 days later, no technical support has been provided yet and on further inquiry on status of the fault logged, the reaction was:

My fault has been allocated to a technical team. Telkom was unable to tell me when they will be able to react on my fault and further they were unable to redirect me to the appropriate technical team to whom my fault was allocated. they were also unable to tell me how long I would have to wait before the fault will receive any attention.
