I have requested a month a go from the consultant at Westgate about the process of opening up a vpnapn line from an uncapped contract with MTN. So this morning I go to the Westgate (next to clicks) branch following up and wanting to hear about feedback regarding this and also finding out about an upgrade.

On BOTH accounts they have failed unable to tell me if upgrade is possible and also that they forgot to find out for me. So I advise the lady that I am expecting answers. So here she takes my number AGAIN, just to have Mpho call me on an conference line with this lady from Westgate, just to find he also knows absolutely NOTHING of how MTN works.

I asked him why I waited a month to hear I must call and call centre, his reply " I only started working with you now", ok lets clear this up ALL of you guys are MTN and the branches is incompetent and have no knowledge of your products.

Please tell me why I have to sit up with this? Why are they incompetent? Why should I keep my whole families contracts with you?

Please don't give me an automated response and also have someone that knows what they are doing to call me!!!
