I would like to log a complain regarding a service i received at MTN World Wear twice in year i have been with MTN for years but i have never filled belittled by your staff members like i did today, i wanted to do an early upgrade because my current phone is not working i called on the 02/01/2014 to find out the whole process and i was told i will be phoned back by the lady that works the but she never did i had to follow up the next day and i was told in order to get an early upgrade i must pay R1196 and i called Retention and they said i must pay R319 it shows that they never phoned they decided to give me a false amount, today i paid the amount into the ABSA account and confirmed with ABSA that it has been credited instead of tem explaining why it will not show today the guy named Johan laughed at me after i told him i felt im treating like a stupid because of the service gave me and early this year took my phone in for repairs to the same store and they told me i would be phoned when the phone is back and NO ONE HAD THE DECENCY to call when i got the i found out my phone was there for weeks, if the service was poor for just once maybe i will understand but it shows
