No ways to cancel contract other store

I have a Telkom month to month package. Called the 081180 number to give my notice to cancel and i was told that if i did it via email or fax that there could be an extended delay and my contract might not be cancelled in time.

What pathetic service in this modern day and age in that i must have to go into a store to get it done properly. People are busy and do not have time to waste by going into a store, why aren't you competent enough to have multiple channels for customers to do what they need.

Can someone please attend to the useless call centre agents who does not give a customer confidence in Telkom Mobile. In fact i am quite happy that this is not a proper contract as i can end it now.

I would like a reponse to have my contract cancelled at the end of the month as even though my coverage map say i am in a 3G area, it's the worst from all my networks. Please cancel me.
