Cancellation of Contract is impossible

After I cancelled my contract you called me and later sent me this email in order to find out if you could maybe convince me to stay with 8ta/Telekom mobile.
I said I don't want to stay because of bad service, bad coverage and many more reasons.
I was told my contract will be cancelled by end of November. My contract is still running and I am glad I didn't get a new one yet, then I would have had to pay double.
For the past 2 weeks I have been calling and sending emails. I was nice, I was rude, I screamed. Nothing helped. Random people called me and had no clue what is going on, nobody could tell me if my contract is cancelled. Then I am being told it takes an additional month to cancel my contract. To top it all off, somebody called me to tell me I am due for an upgrade.
I cancelled my contract timeously on 11/10/2013 with an email to [Email Removed] exactly how I was told to do by one of your call center agents.
So what is happening now? Because suddenly my 24 months contract is a 25 month contract, probably to get more money out of people.
