I've opened a 2 smartshare contracts with Telkom mobile on the 14 August 2013. On the 2/09/2013 i received an invoice for R2337.21 when i queried this amount with the store they said the amount i was invoiced was over stated they then put me through to the call centre, the call centre could not explain the amount being so high. Thereafter i left it as is the next month the bill came at its normal billing price that i anticipated. After long consideration i decided that i want to cancel my contract due to all the hassles received from the call centre. I went to canal walks store on the 30/9/2013 to give 30 days notice to cancel my contract the reference received was 6729023. After the 30 day period my contract was reloaded with its monthly bundle I then went to the cavendish branch and queried my cancellation on the 17/10/2013 the ref no received 6859562 once again they put me onto the call centre and the call centre knew nothing about my account needing to be cancelled. on the 1/11/13 i my contract was reloaded with the monthly bundle again and once again i went to telkom mobile store to give notice again on the 6/11/13 ref 7119442. Till today i am still waiting for cancellation
