8ta is probably the WORST service I have ever had!

I signed a 10GB per month data contract with the complete reassurance that I will have signal cover in my area. I get absolutely NO service in my apartment. I cant even find the network manually. I am sitting on the phone to a PATHETIC call centre as I type this waiting for a reference number. I have heard every excuse as to why I cant cancel the contract.

Im SHOCKED at the service 8ta provide. A complete joke.
