I need help i need to find out how long does you networks dep take to resolve an issue, where i stay the Telkom mobile network ends outside and when i get inside the flat i dont have network anymore. And the reason i took the contract was to be able to use the Telkom mobile data which is the 5GB and the contract comes with 150mb All net data which is nothing and im forced to roam on MTN network which ends up costing me money if i have to purchase all data network and whats the point of 5GB Telkom Data if i cant use it. Its been a month and week now waiting for a response from you guys and technician was sent and acknowledged the issue but nothing is still being done which is over a month now. So now im for monthend of January if nothing is being done Im terminating the contract and sending back the devices i took..This is my Contract and Contact number number 0614932831
