I took out a 10gb promo contract for 24 months.in the beginning of 2013
from the day i got it i have been have endless problems.
when i took out the contract in sandton city the sale person assure me iam making the right choice.
the only reason i took the contract is cause i love on online gaming on ps3.
unfortunately i have not been able to enjoy my online gaming cause soon as i log on i get disconnected.
i cant be paying for something i cant use this is unfair to me..when ever i call the call centre they say it my router but its not cause i tried different routers and the same thing happens or they just pass the buck.
i get poor feed back from 8ta the matches the poor signal they provide.
i now sold my router and i want 8ta to cancel my contract..i rather take a telkom asdl line where i know it wont be a problem... i hope they dont say i have to pay a difference when cancelling cause this is not my fault the the signal is poor... i regret ever take a contract with 8ta... the 10gb promo seemed to good to be through..

gone are there days where customer service was number 1 priority
