I want the offer I was called about for my Upgrade

I was offered to upgrade my current top up 135 with a Blackberry 9720 on the same contract. I was called and offered this Phone on my contract & I asked the consultant to give me time to Google the phone & look at the specs before taking up the offer but he told me that I have to decide there and then; I'm mean how do you expect a person to make a decision about something they haven't seen or heard of??? And you still tell me that Vodacom is giving me this cause I'm their valuable client but you can't give me time to look at the device?? Now that I've seen the phone & I want it I'm told the offer is no longer there... So am I suppose to go to other service provider cause they can give me the phone on a similar package & leave Vodacom just because they give immediate offers?? I don't think it's fair for loyal Vodacom client!!!
