Quick to take your money/give new Contract

This happened in August 2013. They have called me to offer me an "upgrade" on my existing contract. So they offered me a Samsung for R315 per month x 24 & then pay as you go after you have used all your airtime that they give you every month. After asking numerous times is this on my current contract, they said yes, so I took the offer since I was due for my upgrade only in Dec 2013.

When they delivered the phone, I saw that this was not the phone I wanted & that this phone had a new number. THIS WAS A NEW CONTRACT!!! I haven't even opened the box. I phoned them to tell them they must cancel this order & that its not what they have offered me. They requested a cancellation note for the courier company to collect it.

Within 3 hours after I have called them, they deducted the money from my account. I phoned them to tell them this & said that if they receive the phone back, it will take 2-3 days for the money to be back in my account.

After numerous calls, 2 months of holding on, then they will call you back... STILL NOTHING.

THIS is terrible service to say the least. They were quick to take my money (with out me activating the number), & now I am still waiting!!
