Vodacom
Vodacom doesn't offer insurance ...???

My mother and I visited the local vodacom shop in Bethal on a Saturday morning in the first week of august 2013 to upgrade on her contract. We were served by Archie and he suggested a certain package she should take and so there with she could select a new blackberry Z10 phone. I asked him, since I am a MTN client wether vodacom offers insurance since its such an expensive phone and we can't leave the shop without it. He said that there is no such thing and he doesn't deal with insurance where upon I replied that its so strange that vodacom doesn't offer insurance since I do have that option at mtn. After 3 days my mothers phone was and since it wasn't insured we couldn't'tclaim anything. I phoned vodacom and asked them why they don't offer insurance and the lady that assisted me said but they do, cell sure. I went back to the supplier and confronted him on not informing me about such insurance available. I understand that he doesn't deal with insurance but at least tell us about cell sure so we can make a call and insure the phone. I would have done it there and then. After confronting him he started screaming at me I never in my life before experienced such bad treatmen
