Does Cell C employ competent people?

My girlfriend posted a complaint on this website regarding Cell C cutting a contract line and fabricating their reasoning. I am the contract signee and holder and on numerous occasions I have instructed call centre operators to deal with my girlfriend as she uses the phone. Once again, she receives a call from a 'Derrick' asking for me as she is not authorized on the system. Now this is after I've made a request that they authorize her and discuss the account and issues with her. I will not discuss the fabrication of reasoning that Cell C took in cutting the line but please, authorize her. Thanking you kindly.
