After nearly 3 months with no service, four faults logged, our BUSINESS ADSL line is still not functional.

Fault logged 20/11/2013, cleared same day. No change. 501CRK201113

Fault logged 29/11/2013, cleared next day. No change. 197CRK291113

Fault logged 04/12/2013, cleared next day. No change. 103BRK031213

Fault logged 09/12/2013, clearance never confirmed. 131BRK091213

On the 6th Dec, I spent almost an hour on the phone with a Telkom Business call centre agent. In this time, I was made to explain yet again what the problem was, and was left on hold repetitively while the agent "consulted with the specialist". When I asked if I could speak to this specialist, I was informed that would not be possible as he was busy with another client. I was then told that because we had been on the phone for this long, she would have to end the call and that the specialist would need to call someone on-site for further troubleshooting. I made special arrangements to be on-site at a certain time, and moved my own schedule around to accommodate this. I waited 30 minutes beyond the agreed time, and to date, have not received a call.

I am utterly disgusted by this abominable level of "service"
