My mother took out a contract for me. I was offered the option to pay R10 more per month to receive 1Gig of data for 6 months. I took the offer. Then realising that I wasn't getting the 1Gig I phoned to enquire. After leaving him, being Shane, the store manager, a message to call me back he never did. So I called again reaching him. He said he will check and phone me back in half an hour. This was yesterday the 8th of jan 2013. Never heard from him. I called this morning again leaving messages and he still hasn't reaponded to me. Then he is out.. then he is busy with a client. It's unacceptable for a manager to behave like this.
