In short I got a new iPhone 5s contract on 8 Jan. I was told by store manager Shane that if there were any problems with the phone I must return it within 7 days.

From day one the ear speaker had a buziing sound when taking a call. I returned the phone on day 6 and was told that I can't get a new one, it needs to be sent away. This was meant to take 4-5 working days. It is now 14 days later and still no phone. I followed up twice with Shane and even after a promise yesterday morning that he would get back to me in 30 minutes, I am still waiting.

This morning I was the first person in the shop and was pretty much ignored. It took them 50 minutes to tell me that my phone was still not back and a staff member by the name of Hanneke treated me with utmost disregard.

An hour or so after leaving the store I suddenly get a call to say my phone is now back with them but nothing was checked on it as something called "MY iPHONE' was not deactivated before being sent away. It now needs to be sent again and they can't tell me how long that will take.

This is a brand new phone. I am certain my debit order will be taken off on time for a phone I don't have. Lets see if they actually respond!
