Im very disapointed on the service received since i renewed my contract with you late last year. i called on the 02/Jan for 1gig that was not loaded on the end of December. i received this ref nr: S3-04Q2I-I2MZZ. They told me that i would receive 1gig for the next six month on my contract that was a special.

PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL TO RESOLVE THIS, THIS IS PATHETIC.
