BIS changed to 1gig fair usage data

In feb I upgraded to a bb with free BIS in august I received a sms to say that as of september I wil only receive 1Gig fair usage data, I thin it as nowhere in my cont does it ssy that I will get only 1gig so I think they are in breach of contract
