Pathetic service!!!

I never had issues with Vodacom and even though their tariffs are higher I decided to stay with them. Their website advertised a deal when moving to any Smart contract it includes 1Gig free for the first 6 months. Two weeks ago I spoke to a trainee in the upgrades department and was put on hold numerous times for him to 'confirm my questions with his superior'. I repeatedly asked about the 1gig deal and he confirmed it every time. Monday I received an SMS saying my contract is active and for the next 2 months a get a bonus data bundle. I phoned the call centre to confirm it should be for the next 6 months only to be told they can only check it tomorrow when the package is activated. Yesterday morning I phoned back and after being passed around for more than 40min I spoke to Nonhlanhla who said she will log the call for her team leader to listen to the conversation and confirm the data bundles to be added. This morning, 24 hours later, I phoned again only to be told by Charlotte a call was never logged and I can expect feedback within 48hours!!! This is the worst service I have ever experienced and I guarantee that Vodacom will not see me again after this contract expires!!!
