Still being debited after cancelation

So, I complained on HelloPeter about this before, I requested my account with 8ta to be cancelled 6 months ago and even though I keep requesting this every month, have dozens of reference numbers provided, I remain on the debit order list!!!

Following my previous complaint on HelloPeter I was called immediate by 8ta to promise me the situation will be rectified asap, but that given the next debit order has already been scheduled and it was too late to cancel it, they will then wait for it to go off and phone me back afterwards to do refunds of all the previous debit orders... Well what another empty promise that turned out to be! What can I do???
