Failure to Supply a Service

For at 3 weeks now we have had faulty phone lines. When staff at our company phoned 10217 to report the said fault the recorded messages offers that if you supply a cell number that I reference will be sent to you. This never happens so after nearly 2 weeks of waiting I decided to contact Telkom and waited until such time that I got hold of a Telkom consultant. I was given a reference number on the 04th February 2013 but when I phoned on the 07th February I was told that a technician had been on our property and had repaired the fault. We have 24 hour security and no Telkom official was on site to "fix" such faults thus again I logged a second fault, 72 ARI 070213. Today, 12th February 2013, when I again phoned 10217 I was informed that the phone lines have been fixed. Yet again no Telkom official has been nowhere near our premises and still the fault remains. I was asked to log yet another fault, 1103 CRZ 120213.
How is it possible that such an organisation can simply close a logged fault without proof that they have attended to such complaint??!
