I logged a fault with Telkom tech support last Wednesday evening.(9th Oct)
The tech assured me a fault was logged and I called again on Friday as I had the same issue.
The weekend came and went, no change.
I then went to the Telkom shop in Canal Walk Cape Town and spoke to Clarence, who was super friendly and helpful.
He made a few calls then told me no fault was logged.
I was disgusted, to say the least, I called twice and no fault logged.
Clarence then tried a few things from his side and said I must call him when I am home to let him know if anything changed.
Nothing changed and I let him know, he then logged a fault-585CWK141013.
I DO NOT GET HOW Telkom can advertise 100 mbps to the home and a lot of us cannot even get 2 or 4 mb stable lines.
Telkom is again going to upgrade line speeds but I wont benefit from that.
I am more disappointed that no contact is made with me.
Please assist.
